2018 Tango Oaks Vineyard
bing Cherry - orange peel - chalk
The closer the vines are to Seneca Lake, the better they ripen. Very close in proximity to the lake, Tango Oaks ripens easily, even in 2018. With more femininity than Leidenfrost, it is our own little Chambolle-Musigny. When lightness is not dilution, this is when we are not too far from the truth with Pinot Noir.
