The Foundry at Forge Cellars is inspired by the dynamic creative venue used by blacksmiths.  For us, it signifies a space or community where craft is wielded and shared among like-minded people.  Membership is an open door to our very own foundry, a figurative place where we share the wines from the vintage with you each year.

WHAT ARE THE PERKS?

Membership in the Foundry brings the wines of Forge in the Finger Lakes and the Rhône Valley directly to your door. Members in the Red + White clubs will receive a mix of FLX Riesling, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, and our limited-availability Pièce by Pièce (a special barrel selection) wines crafted and aged by Forge Cellars partner Louis Barruol in the Rhône Valley and selected by Louis & Rick. Riesling-only membership guarantees you every lieu-dit Riesling we produce, including our Bellows Estate Dry Riesling. Members receive:

  • Forge Cellars wines shipped directly to your doorstep (or picked up at the winery) 3 times per year.

  • Access to all lieux-dits and limited production wines.

  • Advance notice of new releases and first access to purchase wines before they are released to the public.

  • Opportunity to purchase library selections through our annual offerings.

  • Complimentary shipping on allocations and all orders of 6+ bottles.

  • First invitation to special events before they are open to the public.

  • Two complimentary tasting experiences per year via The Salon or Summer House.

    • Seated, guided tasting in the Summer House for up to three guests (number of guests based on membership level). Summer House tastings require a reservation and will be held during our normal scheduled tastings.

    • Email foundry@forgecellars.com with your member name to schedule your reservation.

    • Complimentary informal flight (not guided) in the Salon for up to three guests.

  • Specially curated recommendations for local lodging, dining, and regional experiences. We are happy to share our knowledge and local partnerships with our members.

  • Private access to the Summer House. During times when tastings are not being hosted, members can reserve this space for small, private gatherings at no charge. 

  • 10% off of purchases in The Salon.

  • Ability to reserve tables in The Salon (typically first-come, first-served). Please email foundry@forgecellars.com to make your Salon reservations.

Foundry Membership Levels

  • 12-Bottle Membership

    For those with an active cellar, we recommend our 12 bottle membership. You will receive a few duplicates so you can enjoy a bottle now and cellar the other. This membership includes Riesling, Chardonnay, and red wines.

    12 bottles shipped 3x per year (36 bottles annually)

    Wines ship the first week of March, June & November

    Sign up once, membership remains ongoing

    $300-400 per shipment

    2 complimentary tastings for you and 3 guests per year. ($200 value)

  • 6-Bottle Red + White Membership

    Our six bottle membership keeps you moving right through our current and limited releases (both Riesling and reds). Each shipment will include six Forge wines.

    6 bottles shipped 3x per year (18 bottles annually)

    Wines ship the first week of March, June & November

    Sign up once, membership remains ongoing

    $150-200 per shipment

    2 complimentary tastings for you and one guest per year. ($100 value)

  • 6-Bottle Riesling-Only Membership

    Our six bottle Riesling-only includes our current and limited releases. Each shipment will include six wines, and depending on the vintage portfolio, you may receive a couple of duplicates.

  • 4-Bottle Red + White Membership

    With a four-bottle membership, you get a perfect cross-section of Forge wines, with typically 3 white and 1 red per shipment.

    4 bottles shipped 3x per year (12 bottles annually)

    Flat rate shipping ($10 eastern US, $20 western US)

Please be aware that all shipments require a person 21+ to sign for the package upon delivery via UPS. Your package will not be delivered without this signature. You may choose to have our wines shipped to your workplace or another location to accommodate this requirement.

AGREEMENT: By joining the Forge Cellars wine club, you agree to a year commitment (three cycles). Each shipment is charged approximately one-two weeks before shipping. Please contact us regarding address and credit card changes as they occur in order to facilitate easy processing of your membership. Members must be 21 years of age and older to participate. All shipments require a person 21+ to sign for the package upon delivery via UPS. Packages will not be delivered without this signature.
