All December Long

For the month of December, we’ll be transporting you to the Alps with Alpine wines BTG, Raclette, and vintage films projected on the big screen. All the pleasure without the risk.

A collaboration a long time in the works, we welcome you and our neighbors from the Finger Lakes to an afternoon of learning, followed by a “vigneron” inspired dinner at the North Branch Inn. Rick & Léana will kick things off at 4:45pm with an overview of the Finger Lakes and understanding its very unique terroir through the lens of bone-dry Riesling, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc. The short “class” will be followed by recess; a five-course dinner inspired by the deep connection Forge Cellars (co-founder, Louis Barruol is a 15th generation vigneron from the Rhône) has with France along with Chef Jake’s rich history with cooking exactly the type of cuisine a vigneron would welcome at the end of a long harvest.

December 18th | 5:30pm-6:30pm

Hosted by Thera Clark and Anthony Velasquez, this tasting series will examine FLX varietals grown in other regions around the world. The class will take place in the Summer House and 4-5 wines will be poured.

Saturday, Dec. 27th | 4pm-7pm
